• Proven Track Record in Customer development and Customer satisfaction.
• Ability to understand & work on the customer's requirements
• Ability to work with different executive level for generating rapport.
• Technical Product demonstration Capability
• Should able to make sales forecast and plan short and long term strategies for sales enhancement
• Ability to work with decision makers of the organization is a must, should understand long term and short term business models.
• Should be able to meet the Targets on monthly basis and follow up aggressively
• Should have good communication skills & sales acumen and willing to travel extensively
2) AE0022 : APPLICATION ENGINEER - CAE Software
Number of Positions : 4
Qualification : BE/B.Tech/M.Tech - Mechanical, Aerospace, Automotive
Experience : 1-2 Years
Desired Skills :
• Acoustic, Thermal, Vehicle and Engine Dynamics, Propulsion, CAD, CFD, FEA experience
• Should be able to provide the technical support and Demonstrations for Related software products
• Independently handle all Pre and post sales activities of CAE- simulation products in automotive, Defense and aerospace application.
• Should be willing to travel all over India
• Self Learner and Self Starter
• Should have good communication and presentation skills
3) AE0023 : APPLICATION ENGINEER - Hardware - in- loop (HiL) Simulation
Number of Positions : 2
Qualification : BE/B.Tech - ECE, EEE
Experience : 1-2 Years
Desired Skills :
• Hardware in loop simulation, Software in loop simulation, data acquisition experience
• Should be able to provide the technical support and Demonstrations
• Independently handle all Pre and post sales activities of Hardware in loop simulation products in automotive and aerospace application.
• Should be willing to travel all over India
• Self Learner and Self Starter
• Should have good communication and presentation skills
