1. Product design - Engineer / Sr. Engineer / Tech Lead (Requisition No: 9762) :
• Experience in product design & development in actuation systems, hydraulic, mechanical, electro-mechanical and gear transmission system and equipments.
• Good experience in conceptual design, hand calculations and GD&T.
• Experience in CAD tool like Catia V5 / Unigraphics will be added an advantage
2. Structural analysis - Engineer / Sr. Engineer / Tech Lead (Requisition No: 11800) :
• Experience in structural analysis using hand calculations and FEA.
• Establish, develop and validate structural design concepts of nacelle concepts.
• Experience in aerospace domain with knowledge in composites, airframe structures.
• Tool expertise : NASTRAN / PATRAN
3. Product design - Tech Lead (Requisition No: 9908) :
• Experience in product design & development in motors, generators, generator control units and power distribution systems.
• Good experience in conceptual design, hand calculations and GD&T.
• Design experience in electrical power products is an added advantage
Positions no. 1, 2, & 3 require a minimum of Engineering Degree in Mechanical / Aerospace with 3 to 10 years of experience.
4. Software Quality Assurance Engineer (Requisition No: 11131) :
• Experience in SDLC, DO-178B, AS 9100 based software audits, reviews, inspection & witness w.r.t. plans & standards, SOI audits for certification, process/configuration management audits, and process definition for software development & verification.
• Qualification : BE - EE/ECE/CS/IT or MCA
5. Quality Assurance Manager (Requisition No: 13543) :
• Experience in product and process compliance plans, Quality Management System to meet the requirements of AS9100.
• Trained in Regulatory Part 21 and part 145, and exposed to TSO/ITSOA/product type certification requirements.
• Must be familiar with RTCA, DO-178/DO-254/DO 160 process for software development activities.
• Qualification : BE / MTech in Electronics / Mechanical
• Experience : 10 to 12 years
6. Systems Engineer (Requisition No: 10405) :
• Experience in the Aerospace / Avionics Industry, communication protocols such as ARINC 429, 629, AFDX, Ethernet.
• Knowledge of product life-cycle, conversant with simulation tools such as Matlab, Simulink, exhibited active participation in PDR, CDR, SOI audits.
• Hands-on experience in product qualification and certification as per requirements of DO-178B and/or DO254, and other regulatory standards.
7. Software Development - Sr. Engineer / Lead Engineer (Requisition No: 10401) :
• Experience in the Aerospace / Avionics Industry
• Programming skills in C, ADA, C++ and any assembly language.
• Usage of communication protocols such as ARINC 429, 629, AFDX, Serial communication protocols, UML, PVCS / ClearCase / CVS / Visual Source Safe
Positions no. 6 & 7 require minimum of Engineering degree in Electronics / Computers with 4 to 10 years of experience.
8. Windows Programmer - Sr. Engineer (Requisition No: 12561) :
• Experience with the software development process for deploying Windows applications preferably on VC++.
• Strong knowledge of graphical user interface design and coding, communication protocols like RS 232, Arinc 429, CAN & electronic circuit operation.
• Experience in software analysis tools like Mat Lab, Math CAD preferred.
• Qualification : BE in Electronics
• Experience : 4 to 6 years
9. Electronics design - Sr. Engineer / Lead Engineer / Tech Lead (Requisition No: 8790) :
• Experience in analog circuit design, op-amps circuits, filter design, driver circuits, MOSFET, IGBT.
• Board design experience for high reliability controller electronics and power switching circuitry.
• Perform circuit simulation and power/timing analyis
• Qualification : BE / MTech in Electronics / Electrical
• Experience : 4 to 10 years
10. Materials - Sr. Engineer (Requisition No: 7282) :
• Experience and knowledge of aerospace materials & processes. Familiarity with AMS, MIL ASTM specifications, airworthiness & regulatory standards like FARs, TSOs.
• Knowledge of aerospace material properties and testing, e.g.fatigue, fracture, toughness, creep, stress fracture etc.
• Qualification : BE / MTech in Metallurgy / Materials
• Experience : 7 to 10 years
11. Project Manager (Requisition No: 12646) :
• Experience in program management, budgeting, facility planning, strategy planning.
• Key responsibilities are : interfacing with businesses for establishment of contracts, tracking the budgets, strategic planning, preparing plans for assigned projects, estimate required man-hours, resources, and cost.
