Reliability Engineers:

 

The candidate should:

 

·        Possess strong fundamentals of Reliability

·        Possess hands on experience / good understanding of basic reliability principles (Weibull analysis, RCM, RCA)

·        Have the ability to conduct the reliability analysis on raw datasets for specific components for equipment fleets

·        have hands on, working with centralized reliability solution & Manual review process. Good understanding of Availability Workbench (AWB) or similar reliability software

·        Be able to manage material data library information. BOM's and component updates, base model creation, SAP/MMS data preparation and library updates.

·        Be able to compile and interpret the data and generate reports.

·        Have good understanding of SAP usage for maintenance activity

·        Have good understanding of Maintenance task execution (work management, bill of materials creation)

·         Have good understanding of database systems and maintenance

·         Have an Engineering background

 

DE/SDE/TL- Pro E Fluid Lines:

 

The candidate should :

·         Possess Pro/E Fluid Lines skillset - used for hoses and tubes

·         Possess Pro/E Piping skillset - used for selected tubes

• Have a minimum of  3 years experience with Fluid Lines design, i.e. hydraulic hoses design and routing, tube design and bending optimization for manufacturability
• Possess preferably additional experience with other areas of machine design - light fabrications, sheet metal, plastics

·         Possess good communication  close interaction with others and feedback with fluid lines designers, prototype personal and other machine CPPD Teamleaders is required

• Possess preferably experience with CAT Integration Package and other add-on tools
• Be familiar with CAT BOM structure
• Be familiar with CAT Specifications and drawing quality

DE/SDE/TL- Pro E Electrical Harness Routing:

 

The candidate should:

• Possess Pro/E Electric Harness Routing skillset - i.e. Pro/Diagram, Pro/Cabling, Pro/Manufacturing
• Possees additional experience with other areas of machine design - heavy structures, light fabrications
• Have experience in CAT Integration Package and other add-on tools
• Be familiar with CAT BOM structure

·         Be familiar with CAT Specifications and drawing quality

 

 

Qualification: BE / B.Tech (Mechanical)

Experience: 3-8 Years
