Position Description:
•Understand the Requirements and write Functional, Installation, Migration Test cases
•Executing the test cases and reporting the execution status
•Writing, Reviewing and Executing the UI Automation Test scripts
•Writing, Modifying, Reviewing and Executing the Batch Automation Test scripts
Maintaining the Automation Framework
•Reporting the Defects in Team track and following the Defect Life cycle process as defined by JDA QA process
•Understanding and following the JDA QA Process
•Understanding and following the SCRUM
•Updating the day to day tasks in Version one
•Installing JDA Applications in Windows and UNIX environments
Setting up the Test environment
•Migration Testing
•Reviewing the Test cases
•Issue escalation
•Provide required inputs (estimations) in preparing the plan for System and Regression Testing phases
•Records time and expenses into time entry system
Desired Profile:
•At least 3 years of IT experience
•Expertise in Manual testing with good exposure to Automation Testing tools such as QTP, Win runner and Load runner
•Good knowledge about Web applications/Client Server applications testing is a prerequisite
•SQL knowledge is mandatory. Knowledge of UI automation is desirable.
•Good analytical and communication skills
Qualification: Should be from BE/B.Tech, ME/M.Tech /MCA, M.Sc
