Job Overview:
This position is responsible to provide front-end, technical support by providing answers to most product or product line usability or functionality questions
KEY SUCCESS ATTRIBUTES
- Provide Technical Support for a product or product line
- Receive frontline issues/calls from most customers
- Handle all functionality and usability related issues
- Understand the process on how to progress complex issues towards higher level Engineers for resolution Enhance the customer experience
Competency
- Good customer service skills.

- Good analytical skills.
- An ability to coordinate high pressure situations by bringing the appropriate resources to bear (as necessary).
PRE-REQUISITES
Preferred Education
Any Graduate(Must) – (Excluding 2009 Pass outs)
Work Experience:
The Suitable candidate will have strong trouble shooting and communication skills, 12 to 36 months of experience in a related field, and/or a commensurate education. The candidate must be proficient with the product or product line they will be supporting.
