1) Very Strong in Core Java / J2EE fundamentals.
2) Very good analytical skills and problem solving ability a must.
3) Good experience with Flex 3.0, Action Script, Cairngorm Framework, BlazeDS / LCDS is a plus.
4) Should have expertise in any of the two following frameworks: Flex, Spring, Hibernate, JSF, Struts.
5) Good experience with Web Services or JMS is a plus.
6) Very good communication skills.
7) Very Strong Oracle Database Skills are essential.
8) Should have Minimum of 3+ years to 7+ years of Experience into J2ee Development.
9) Knowledge on Agile Development Methodology is a plus.
