Technical / Domain Competencies Technical Skill Set: $$  Should have experience in Different Functional modules like FICO, SD, MM and PP
$$  Hands on experience in ALE, EDI, IDOC, BAPI, BADI, System Enhancement (User Exit, Screen Exit, Menu Exit
$$  Should have knowledge in Module pool programming, RFC and eCATT
$$  Should have knowledge of Upgrade projects

Experience 5-8 years

Technical / Domain Competencies Technical Skill Set: 5 to 7 years experience working in the discipline and demonstrated strong understanding of ABAP

$$  Candidate should have technical hands on knowledge in minimum of 2 full life cycle implementations
$$  Knowledge in FICO module will be plus
$$  Will be able to handle team of ABAPers in guiding them in the projects
$$  Will be able to handle the project
$$  Good experience in implementation and support areas
$$  Provide solid understanding of customer requirements and hands on plus managing ABAP programming expertise
$$  Work independently with either onsite or offshore team
$$  Should possess strong capabilities in the following activities:
Create FS, TS, requirement documents etc
$$  Create testing scripts, Unit and regression testing of the same
$$  Providing support for operations, developing deployment and operational scripts
$$  Handling customer requests, experience in onsite/offshore model
$$  Need to have the ability to work independently and proactively
