Job Description:
The person will be responsible for:
* Writing test cases/scripts/conditions and its review preferably using a tool (e.g. Test Director)
* Test plan development (in line with Test strategy/Program level Test plan), Low level test planning, task allocation/ review, reporting, communication with business / project teams
* Ensuring successful execution of allocating testing tasks including testing execution, discussing defects within team / with project team, logging defects in a tool and reporting to Test lead / Test manager, as required
* Support low test plan execution and its tracking / reporting
* Provide generic skills in testing across technology / application areas as well as expertise in use of a variety functional and non-functional testing tools
* Coordinate with Project managers/Project Leads to ensure that Testing is completed as per plan including closure of agreed defects
Desired Profile: Urgently looking for Manual Functional Testing Professionals for a Test Analyst role with 3 - 6 years of total experience.Candidates must have:
* Expertise in QTP
* Strong experience in Manual Testing
* Conversant with Databases and in writing testing queries (e.g. SQL queries)
* Knowledge on Database & Application Testing
***Exeprience in Banking / Investment Banking / Financials / Lending Domain will be highly preferred***
