Job details

• 2 to 3.5 yrs of Automation Testing
• Good exp on QTP, Win Runner, Test director
• Experience in team management, status reporting, project tracking, metrics
• collection and reporting
• Productive knowledge of one or more programming languages and software platforms
• Good understanding of quality programming guidelines, understanding of software development life cycles
• Can work independently without much guidance on programming
• Good understanding of software development constructs
• Address issues in performance, scalability and manageability in programming efforts
• The senior Developer is an experiences programmer who adds value on the project by pushing back with the technical lead on the requirements and seeks to improve the end solution being offered

• Programming on projects by using a design
• Understanding Business requirements
• Low level design
• Code reviews
• Testing
• Documentation
• Adherence to quality guidelines and time lines
• Contributes to organization in the form of participation in KM, C2 activities etc
• SDLC understanding
• Coding in one or more S/w Platform
• Adherence to Quality processes and deadlines
