Sr. Developer/Tech Lead - Websphere Portal

 

1.    Primary role would be to work in existing project(s) as a strong Senior Portal developer in the existing team

2.    Provide strong and able technical guidance on the subject area keeping broad program and business goals in consideration

3.    Help towards ramping up the offshore team

4.    Play the role of a strong tech-lead – (may involve team leading of small-sized teams and independent delivery of project modules)

5.    Manage stakeholder expectation and build relationships with the business analysts for the project success

 

 

Skills required:

 

7+ yrs IT experience

5+ yrs J2EE/J2ME

3+ yrs RAD/WAS

3+ yrs in IBM Portal

experience in JSF, spring, JPA or similar frameworks

experience in web-service

experience in DB2

experience in working in onsite-offshore team models
