The board of i-flex solutions limited passed a resolution today (April 04, 2008) to change the name of the company to 'Oracle Financial Services Limited' (referred to as 'Oracle Financial Services'), subject to all necessary regulatory filings, clearances and approvals. This change is effective after the approvals are in place and is expected to be complete in about 120 days.

· Class X - Aggregate of 50% and above
· Class XII / Diploma (AICTE approved) - Aggregate of 50% and above
· Graduate / Engineering / Management / Post-graduate degree -Aggregate of 50% and above from an accredited (AICTE) institution.
· There must not be more than 2 years gap between 12th- Graduation- Post-graduation
· There must be no gap between 10th and 12th class
