Job Position : TQM/Quality Senior Executive (Quality Management & Internal Audit)

Job Designation : Sr.Executive - Total Quality Management

Job Location : Chennai, Tamilnadu

Desired Experience : 2 to 5 Years (Mandatory)

Mandatory Skills : Quality Management & Internal Audit

Desired Skills :
• Candidates with good analytical skills and verbal communication skills in English.
• Should be mature, assertive and persuasive.
• Should be capable of taking ownership for the entire QA function in Imagine.
• Experience with quality tools, offline QA activities, internal audit and process certifications is required.
• Remuneration and designation will be decided based on experience and abilities of the selected candidate.

Job Description :
• Standardization of processes and procedures as per the ISO needs.
• Conduct Regular Audits to ensure compliance.
• Effective handling of complaint analysis and monitoring action plans.
• Standardization of checklist and forms as per the ISO needs.
• Define and maintain metrics/ KRAs.

Note: Qualification is not critical but candidates with B.Sc (Maths/Statistics) will be given preference.
