Skills Experience Description Job Location Oracle DBA Project Manager 10-12 years ·         Installation, configuration and upgrading of Oracle server software ·         Evaluate Oracle features and Oracle related products and suggest to clients ·         Data Guard setup and configuration ·         Plan growth and changes (capacity planning) ·         Oracle Patching ·         Good experience in RMAN ·         Project planning at both the technical and executive levels ·         Manage a team in supporting the work requests and service requests. ·         Manage the quality of the deliverables ·         Work as part of a team and provide 24x7 support ·         Experience in Shell Scripting and debug the batch/scheduled jobs. ·         Experience working in UNIX, Linux and Windows platforms ·         Interact with customer to provide technical consulting ·         Knowledge on SQL Server database is preferred ·         Excellent written & oral communications skills ·         Strong troubleshooting and problem solving ability. ·         Proven ability to work professionally towards exacting deadlines with aggression. ·         Identification/Retention of good talent within team. ·         Strong Service Delivery Capability with managing Service Levels ·         Familiar with ITIL based Methodology ·         Strong sense of Account Mining in identifying the new areas where the scope of support can be expanded. ·         Willing to travel onsite in short notice Chennai                                                 Please forward the relevant profiles to email ID: Ira_Dogra@mahindrasatyam.com   For Eligibility & Exclusions – Please read the B Channel policy
