Having 5+ year experience :
• Good problem solving skills (should be able to think logically, sharp and quick in getting to exact solution)
• Worked on new application development (support candidates not suitable) including some design exposure
• MCA or BE Computer Science from a good institute
• Good with J2EE technology (experience with Core Java, JSP, Java Scripts, Servlets, Struts, EJB (Optional), PL SQL, Oracle)
• Having Team lead Experience (Should know estimation, planning, team handling (work allocation, tracking, ensuring delivery)
