- FOR Sr.Relationship Manager : Same as above and a chance to recruit and handle a team.
BOTH HAVE INDIVIDUAL TARGETS AND ACCORDING TO THEIR PERFORMANCE THEY WILL GET A TEAM UNDER THEM.
