Basic Qualifications
Education:
 Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
 ITIL Foundations certification highly desirable.
 Six Sigma Green Belt certification desired
Experience
 6-8+ years of experience in positions of increasing responsibility in information technology or business roles including 4+ years in an SAP BASIS systems support role.
Technical Competencies:
 Functional experience with SAP BASIS technology is a mandatory requirement.
 Experience with the co-sourcing model of application support, preferred.
Behavioral Competencies:
 Strong problem solving skills
 The ability to drive results in a highly matrix environment
 Strong people skills and team player mentality
 Strong cultural awareness skills
 Good oral, written and collaborative communication skills
