Job Title JAVA / J2EE - Programmer / Analyst

Skill Set : CORE (BASIC) JAVA, SWING, J2EE, EJB, JSP, JMS & STRUTS.  J2EE: Core Java, JSP, Servlet, EJBs, JDBC Web related: HTML, XML/XSL, JavaScript, Webservices Database: Oracle 9i/MySQL/SQL 2000 App. Servers: Tomcat, BEA WebLogic/ IBM Websphere  Frameworks: Struts, Spring, Drools Tools: Eclipse, Ant/Maven, Visio/ Rational Rose, ERWin, CVS/VSS Education : Should be a qualified BCA/BE/BTECH/ME/MCA/MBA Experience : Should have minimum 2-4 YEARS of work experience post qualification Strong influencing skills with ability to build effective relationships. Should be dynamic with Excellent Communication skills Commitment & ability to work under pressure. Description :  As a developer, your responsibilities involve creating the design / test documents. Technical capability is very important and be able to work independently.  Should be able to write / review technical documents. Should be able to guide team members and help them in case of issues.  Should try to prioritize the work as the product is already released to customers and customer issues should be addressed and resolved immediately.  Should be able to face the client during design / functional discussions. Should have good communication skills and must be a good team player. Responsibilities will also involve coding, PS preparation, understanding of specifications, coordination with onsite / customer. Job will also involve development and testing. He should have good team building and communication skills besides sound knowledge of immigration processes. Must have an expertise in the given skills. Must have working experience in the said skills. Should possess very good communication skills both oral and written. Should have interpersonal skills. Should be capable of guiding others and be capable of resolving technical issues.  Should have worked for offshore/onsite models. Should be capable of responding to customer emails regarding issues.  Problem solving skills are very important. Must be a self starter and willing to tackle new challenges.
