KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACTIVITIES

 .  Design technical solutions based mainly, and in priority, on PKO platform component portfolio and technology stack to deliver SL service requirements as expressed by the Program Manager
 .  Identify critical technical feasibility topics to be tackled (for instance by the organization of Proof of Concepts) to reduce the overall technical risk for the project
 .  Help the Program Manager to estimate and/or proactively inform them about the implementation cost of specific requirements at a high level to allow them to judge on the business case
 .  Drive the SCRUM process for the execution of the project including organization and facilitation of (not everything might apply) sprint backlog review, sprint review, sprint planning and sprint stand-up sessions
 .  Collaborate with PKO IT portfolio leadership (i.e. combination of PKO leadership and Firm IT leadership) for organizing staffing, driving technology choices, leveraging best practices, guaranteeing quality, and anticipating maintenance operations
 .  Collaborate with PKO Infrastructure team to organize infrastructure and deployment requirements fulfillment
 .  Team up with the Program Manager during project execution for scope, budget and planning management
 .  Organize the definition, estimation and allocation of tasks based on the stories prioritized by the Program Manager (acting as a Product Owner in this case)
 .  Help the Program Manager in defining, writing and describing stories when needed
 .  Provide technical guidance, coaching and advices to other project team members
 .  Organize the review and control of deliverables quality
 .  Collaborate with peers and developers to proactively identify platform components
