• 4 - 9 years of .NET programming experience (ASP.NET, C Sharp, ADO.NET)
• Very good knowledge on SharePoint 2007/2010
• Good understanding on SharePoint workflows, InfoPath forms, BDC, Model objects etc
• Good knowledge on SharePoint based Business Intelligence tools (Performance Point, SharePoint Dashboards, KPIs etc)
• Very good knowledge on PL/SQL
• Sound knowledge on Unit test case identification and unit testing
