Job Description :
DOT NET PROJECT LEADER
• Manage Operations handling multiple projects & teams for Lauren.
• Team management - manage multiple level hierarchy - TLS and developers.
• Evaluate (time / cost / quality) and approve change requests.
• 1-2 Years as PL ,Define processes for delivering solution effectively with high quality, productivity and early / on-time delivery.
• Enable / SOW Sign-Off, project planning document and sign-off with customer. Creating CR impact document and define time line.
• Responsible for getting high customer satisfaction and continuously engage with customer to maintain the customer connect.
• Travel to customer locations for requirements gathering, project status updates, corrective / preventive action plan, etc.
• Manage programs for Quality, Productivity, Process Improvement, Customer Satisfaction, etc.
• Train Team Leaders and Sr.Developers in project management skills for the next in line positions.
• Build a helpful environment in team to create collective ownership for excellence in quality, delivery & efficiency.
• Understand the domain completely to architect solutions for customers, come up with Value added services, identification of opportunities and be instrumental in customer retention.
• Should have Knowledge of MS ASP.Net & XML, ADO.Net, Ajax, share point, Web Services - OOAD - RDBMS, SQL Server
DOT NET TEAM LEADER
• 1-2 years as TL, Manage multiple projects and handling team of 4-5 programmers.
• Technically strong must have strong hold on MS ASP.Net & XML, ADO.Net, Ajax, Web Services - OOAD - RDMS, SQL Server.
• Knowledge of share point will be added advantage
• Interacting with project leader and developers during execution make sure project is on schedule, if any issue informs PM/PL well in advance. Idenetify Impact of CR and document it,Prepare deployment setup, checklist and database script.
• Travel to customer locations for requirements gathering, project status updates, Deployment User training, UAT, TAT.
• Train new and existing developers with latest technology.
• Build a helpful environment in team to create collective ownership for excellence in quality, delivery & efficiency.
• Understand the domain completely to architect solutions for customers, come up with Value added services, identification of opportunities and be instrumental in customer retention. Design application based on SRS and prepare SDD document.
DOT NET SR. DEVELOPER
• Should have 2-4 years of Experience.
• Technically strong must have strong hold on MS ASP.Net 2 and 3.5 & XML, ADO.Net, Ajax, Web Services - OOAD - RDBMS, SQL Server 2005 / 2008. VS 2005 / 2008. Jason, Jquery, WCF, WPF.
• Prepare Technical document
• Should have experience of application deployment, creating deployment script.
DOT NET DEVELOPER
• Should have 1-2 years of Experience.
• Technically strong must have strong hold on MS ASP.Net 2 and 3.5 & XML, ADO.Net, Ajax, Web Services - OOAD - RDBMS, SQL Server 2005 / 2008. VS 2005 / 2008. Jason ,Jquery , WCF ,WPF.
