Desired Experience : 1 to 3 Years (Mandatory)

Job Description :
1. Cisco Routers, switches and troubleshooting
2. Handling CISCO devices deployment functions as requested
3. Should have good understanding of basic networking concepts
4. Should be CCNA Trained/CCNA certified
5. Environment Experience – 6 months - 3 years
6. Candidates with International BPO experience will be preferred
7. Should be comfortable for 24*7 work environment specifically for night shifts.
8. Should have good verbal and written communication skills
9. Global exposure in large environments would be preferred
