We are on looking for the following skills:

Designation: Senior Software Engineer / Test Lead (Performance Testing)

Experience: 2 to 6 years

Designation: Sr. Software Engineer/ Test Lead

Exp: 2 – 6 yrs

Skills required/background:

• He/she must have used Load Runner in his/her previous projects.
• Experience of being worked in at least 2-3 performance testing projects
• Should be an expert on minimum of one operating system, database and programming language.
• Proven expertise either in Web Technologies (.NET and J2EE), Client/Server or different flavors of UNIX.
• Work experience in Jmeter is a major plus

Roles and responsibilities:

• Should be able to conduct design reviews, requirement reviews, evaluate technical architecture from performance view point.
• Ability to develop and execute performance test scripts. Analyze the test execution reports and report them.
• Analyze the performance test execution reports, spot performance bottle necks, suggest changes to help improve
• Ability to develop prototypes and rationalize technology stack components from performance view point
• Act as a guide/mentor talented individuals
