Project Details (For Technical Stream): JAVA
Job Description:
Having minimum of 6+ years of experience (overall) in JAVA/J2EE platform including various design patterns like factories, MVC, Singleton, and Ajax.
a)Work with Enterprise Architect to provide system architecture design documentation.
b)Drive the detailed technical design.
c)Assist project and development managers to define the scope and develop plan for the project deliverables.
d)Lead the development team to execute the development plan.
e)Conduct code review, unit testing and integration testing.
f)Document system design, development and Unit testing, and transfer maintenance work to the internal staff.
g)Problem solving (code written by self) and for the project team
h)Complete Delivery and Quality Ownership of small projects or a subset of large project (including coordination of testing activities - QC and QA)
i)Support Team Building activities (Interviewing, mentoring, participating in project level appraisal process etc)
j)Client interaction, understanding requirements, designing architecture, developing project plan.
k)Should have proven leadership capability, objected-oriented analysis and design expertise, and the ability to decompose a high-level project statement into detailed functional, architectural and project assignments for team members.
l)Core Java, J2EE Architecture, SOA Architecture, Design Patterns with Websphere/Weblogic with Spring and Hibernate.
m)Should have expertise in XML, webservices and should have worked on Open Technologies like Tomcat, Apache etc. n)Participate in Requirement capturing and making use cases using UML.
