Job Descriptions :
1) Siebel/OBI Functional Tester - Strong System Testing experience in Siebel and OBI platforms specifically campaign management/marketing module.
Experience Level : 4-10 years
2)Data Migration Tester -- Strong PL/SQL skills with Siebel Data Migration Experience, Experience with SSIS Package. Test experience with strong Data Analysis skills.
Project Description: A Siebel 8 CRM implementation programme responsible for implementing new CRM functionality and migrating large amounts of Customer Data from various legacy systems in Siebel. The data migration is performed in various stages to provide a single database for the customer information and also to make the data available for OBI data warehouse.
Role Description: As Data Migration Test Lead, you will be responsible for leading a small team of Testers, to test the quality of the data migration process. This will include verifying the data at respective stages to ensure the quality, completeness and there are coherent links between various data elements. The role is part of a wider programme test team and will involve hands-on testing activities for Data Migration testing. The role will involve defining Test Plan covering the acceptance criteria, Data Test Approach.
Requirements:
Must Have:
o Experience and strong knowledge of Data Migration Testing involving complex business logic. Proven experience in Data Quality Testing using Manual and Automation Test approach.
o Proficient with Software Testing process with good understanding Testing Life-cycle.
o Strong SQL (scripting) and Oracle skills.
o Experience of leading small Test Teams.
Preferable:
o Knowledge of SSIS Package for Data Migration.
o Experience on Siebel CRM application.
3)Performance Testing -- Mainly in Campaign Management, OBI
• Project Description: A complex Siebel CRM implementation programme involving integration of 2-3 systems delivered by a team of around 50 comprising Design, Development and Test. The programme is in its early stages for setting up a Test Function responsible for all Test Activities.
• Role Requirements:
• Must Have:
• At least 3 years performance testing web applications including scripting/execution
• Previous experience with Open STA or similar open source software testing tools
• Knowledge of Siebel/OBI applications and performance testing in similar environment.
• Self starter, motivated, enthusiastic. Solid documentation skills
• Preferable:
• Knowledge of Oracle/Linux
