Job Description:

Technical Skills Required:
-> User Administration.
-> Efficiently handled role enhancements upgrading and maintaining SAP and associated technologies.
-> Must have worked on Core R/3, CRM, SRM, BW, and HR.
-> Creation of users and assigning authorization according to module requirements using profile generator.
-> Configuration of system communications to other applications and plug-ins.
-> Efficient Usage of Security related tables and reports/programs.
-> Involved in Troubleshooting Problems like Resetting Passwords, Unlocking users, User Maintenance etc.
-> Managing and/or consulting on the architecture and design of the hardware and software.
-> Day to day technical support and resolution of Security issues.

Other Requirements:
-> Ability to work in team and handle production environment, application maintenance, pressure and demands.
-> Strong documentation, debugging and data analysis skills.
-> Must possess excellent verbal & written communication skills.
-> Ability to Multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
-> Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with all departments and levels within the organization
-> Highly organized and detail-oriented
