Job Description:
*~* Hands on technical support experience with SAP Basis Administration in a medium- or large-sized environment.
*~* Hands on experience with Net weaver 2004S or higher with system copy experience.
*~* Very strong technical skills in UNIX and ORACLE Database.
*~* Manages the installation of new SAP systems and instances to meet expanding business requirements. This includes translating requirements to hardware requirements and developing a time-line for the installation of hardware and software, and configuring the system.
*~* Demonstrate strong SAP Basis administration and technical core competencies tasks including SAP software installation, upgrade, applying Support Packages, installation add-on software components, SAP profile parameter changes, workload analysis,
system error analysis, performance tuning and establishing standard Basis background jobs and system health checks and monitoring.
*~* Provides technical and analytical guidance to department staff members and recommends and/or takes action to direct the analysis and solutions to problems.
*~* Manages the daily check of all the Production SAP systems and ensures corrective measures are implemented as needed. Reviews and documents problems with external SAP support personnel.
*~* Communicates with SAP developers, help desk support personnel to resolve system issues.
*~* SAP CRM Installation Planning, Software Installation, Support Packs, and Upgrades.
*~* Proven experience in installing and fine tuning SAP environments such as R3 & CRM.
