Position - QA Engineer(3 years - 6 Years) and Lead QA(6 years - 10 Years) - SOX Compilance,CMMI

Skills -

 . Should have experience in QA adoption and compliance
 . Expertise areas should include experience in facilitating projects on defined policies/processes
 . Conducting audits & reviews related to QA framework, SOx, CMM/CMMi and provide review reports to management team
 . Delivering process training
 . Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
 . Good problem solving, analysis and trouble-shooting ability. Excellent coordination skills and Team player.
 . CMM/CMMi assessment/ISO check experience as ATM/Site coordinator
 . Familiarity with Agile principles
 . Mapping of organization's processes to the industry standards
 . Experience in working in an Investment Bank
 . Should have experience of Process development, continuous process Improvement

Role & Responsibility

 . To support Technology Services Risk in TSI Gurgaon location and support TSI management and teams for QA compliance as per Group policies & processes.
 . To support implementation of QA framework in the organization / Business area to establish and ensure compliance to Group/Organization defined policies/processes and support bringing continual improvements
 . To support implementation of defined policies/processes by building awareness/providing training, carrying out implementation effectiveness checks and tracking/resolving issues
 . Evangelise QA framework via creation of course material, delivering presentations and using other tools like work-shops, open house etc.
 . Perform periodic reviews of projects, both offline and in person, at definite milestones to confirm adoption and compliance of processes as well as SOx requirements
 . To support implementation of Learning and Best practices related to QA and communication to teams
 . Support internal/external audits as per organisation audit plans
 . Aid as a channel between project teams and external auditors by providing adequate support w.r.t. project context, knowledge, artifacts, any follow ups etc.
 . Support co-functions in Risk (SEPG, Information Security) for any activities where they require SQA support and liaison with project teams
 . Perform the role of Internal auditor and support Internal audit function
