Role : Senior Test Analyst –Performance Testing(loadrunner)
Exp- 4.5yrs to7 yrs
Key Responsibilities
• Design, Prepare and Execute performance test scripts
• Individual Test Execution reporting
• Defect Reporting / Analysis and Tracking
• Review test artefacts for other Test Analyst and Junior test analysts.
• Knowledge share the testing skills to other team members
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Testing standards, process, procedure and methodology.
• Understand and convert customer requirements into test requirements
• Prepare test plan
• Compliance to agreed standards and processes.
Experience & Qualifications
Key Skills/Experience
Technical Skills
• Education: BE / MCA
• 5+ years of experience in Performance testing
• Exposure of i3 or HP – Mercury Diagnostic tools will be added advantage
• Good knowledge of Websphere and its performance counters
• Good Knowledge in J2EE technology
• Knowledge on Test Scripting, Scenario creation, Execution and Analysis
• Awareness of Mutual Fund Industry
• Experience in Performance tuning will be desirable
• Process awareness : CMM, ISO
