Requirement Details:
Skills Required: QTP 8.2 or QTP 9.2
Core
• Strong QTP experience is required especially in VB Scripting
• Knowledge of Testing Life Cycle.
• Familiarity with other automation tools is an advantage
• Previous practical experience of test automation
• Have excellent written and spoken English (colleagues and clients based in Europe may not have English as a first language)
Responsibilities
• Work with Functional Test and Project Management teams to develop an implementation plan for Test Automation.
• Interact with onsite Test Automation Team based out of London / Paris.
• Understand and interpret business requirements and visualize technical solutions.
• Perform QTP installation, set up lab environment for QTP
• Create core QTP functions
• Object Repository Management
• Develop automation scripting processes, standards etc
• Create scripts for Regression testing
• Publish status Reports / Test Reports
Desirable
• Knowledge of quality processes.
• Familiarity with Onsite / Offshore work model
