Primary Accountabilities and Responsibilities
 The candidates must possess good Hands on Experience in sound techno-functional knowledge in the Oracle HRMS modules (HR, Payroll).
 The candidates must possess good experience in RICE components.
 They must have 3+ years of experience and good communication skills.
 The candidates must have Knowledge of OAF, XML Publisher
 Other HCM modules (Benefits, recruitment, OTL, OLM) would be a strong plus.
 Good Communication skills with good aptitude & attitude.
 Ability to work under pressure with a strong deadline orientation.
 Excellent communication and presentation skills, dynamic and proactive.
