1. Candidate should have 4 + years of experience in Microsoft technologies.
2. ASP.Net and C#.Net Programmers with hand on of experience in Finance Domain.
3. Should be able to handle a team of 3 – 4 members.
4. Should have strong knowledge of Asp.Net, VB.Net and C#.Net, OOPS.
5. Should have sound knowledge of Database.
6. Certification preferred.
7. Should have good communication.
8. Should have experience on SDLC.
9. Should be good in Development, Coding and Designing.
10. Average knowledge of C, C++ would be an added advantage.
