Manual Testing Skills which includes
Test Case Design, Execution and Defects Management
Functional Skills in one of the areas - CRM(Chordiant preferred) or Billing (Single View preferred) or Order Management and provisioning or Payment Gateway
Functional Skills reqd are - Billing or CRM or Payment Gateway or Order Management and Provisioning
SQL and Unix
