Oracle Supply Chain Technical Analyst
At least 3 years experience in an Oracle ERP support environment.
Previous experience working with Oracle Business Suite working on a off-shore support environment
Previous experience of Oracle e-Business Suite on the following modules: Inventory, Planning, WIP, Order Management, Purchasing.
Knowledge of any of the following Oracle Technical Service modules would be an advantage: Warehouse Management, Depot Repair, Field Service, Install Base, Service Contracts.
Ability to configure the Oracle modules being supported and perform Sysadmin functions such as Menus, Responsibilities, Concurrent requests and Request Groups
Previous experience on Workflow support
Good understanding of the Oracle database table structure and SQL query tool like TOAD.
