• Implementation of IP based backbone.

• Working on issues related to Layer2 & Layer3 protocols.

• Hands on expertise on high end Cisco equipment's like 6500/ 7200/7600/Nexus/UCS series platform
• Working with Cisco TAC for solutions of Escalated network problems. Keep track of Cisco TAC RMA's and ensure material return delivery.
• Provide Change Management support.
