Job Position : Trainee – Survey Programmer

Desired Education : Any Graduate

Desired Experience : 6 Months to 1.6 Years (Mandatory)

ToLuna India Pvt. Ltd. (earlier known as Greenfield Online) - a leading KPO worldwide, is poised for a quantum growth in its India operations. To ramp up the team at our Gurgaon office, we are hiring Young, Talented and Mature individuals as 'Trainee – Survey Programmer' at entry-level profile.

Core Responsibilities :
- Learn & Master programming, upto Level 3 complexity jobs, with support.
- Program surveys, error free & focus on other deliverables as per the process requirements.
- Understanding the project requirements

Additional Responsibilities :
- Get exposed to various kinds of tracking studies
- Be able to trouble shoot self and associate projects
- Work according to the expected timeline and update the TL with the progress.
- Ensure all production is done complying with the process guidelines and client specific guidelines
- Do a self quality check before sending the output to the QA for testing
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the management
- Take trainings as and when proposed by the management

Essential Requirements :
1. Any Graduate with 6 months to 1.6 years experience in Web Development / Web Application.
2. Experience in JavaScript & HTML is MUST.
3. Good Communication Skills
4. Excellent Analytical and Logical Skills

Selection Criteria :
1. Written Aptitude Test (English, Reasoning, Quantitative, Logical) – 45 mins.
2. Technical Written (JavaScript & HTML)
3. Personal Interview with Manager

Important Information on Selection :
1. Selected Candidates would join as 'Trainee' for first 3 months
2. All profiles would require working in Rotational/Night Shifts.
3. Company-provided Transport
4. In-house Meals
