Candidates need to meet the following requirements:
- Experience in end-to-end implementation with special emphasis on Requirements Gathering, as-is and to-be blueprinting, Solution Design/Blueprint, UAT and Product Test, Deployment, Training and End User post go-live support
- Significant amount of client place experience at large, industry-leading corporations
- Skilled in client handling, expectations management
- Experience as work stream/module lead (for team lead / assistant manager candidates)
- Ability to drive design discussions, conduct Conference Room Pilots, write decision papers and process definition documents
- Preference for specialised industry solution skills or on business processes
- Good communication and client facing abilities
