Job Description:

Responsibilities include end-to-end work on assigned modules (i.e. design, implementation, and unit testing).
Exposure to SQL Server 2005 will be an added advantage.
Should have working knowledge on SQL Server 2005 / 2008, Writing Stored procedures, triggers, Jobs etc.
Should be team oriented, able to work on a fairly large team in a dynamic environment, proactive, and a quick learner.
Reviews/understands High Level Design and participates in the detailed design
Develops code as per coding standards, and conducts code reviews
Develops high-level system narratives and user interface prototypes
Makes technical decisions to meet the design goals laid out in product/project road map

Qualifications/Required Experience:

Must be an MSc/MCA/BE/B Tech/M Tech graduate from a reputed university with an aggregate of at least 65%.
4-5 years of experience. Min 2-3 years of experience in a developer’s role.
At least 3+ years of solid industry experience on Web based Applications using ASP.Net, C#, .Net Framework, XML, SOAP, Web Security, Encryption and Java Script AND 2+ years of experience in ASP/VB/COM+.
At least 3+ years of solid industry experience on TSQL Programming, Stored Procedures, Cursors and Triggers using MS SQL Server 2000.
Knowledge of SDLC and ISO Standards and Procedures.
Willing to work on ASP/VB 6.0/COM/COM+ technologies.

Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Good to have implementation knowledge of MVC architecture.
Uses most of the application blocks of Enterprise library.
Successfully solves transaction and concurrency issues in ORM.
Performs tuning on an application that is using ORM while using defined best practices.
Is able to use basic performance considerations when using AJAX (JSON v/s XML v/s binary formats).
Articulates what is simple custom AJAX components and widgets using popular AJAX technologies.
Has developed more than one AJAX application.
Good to have knowledge on MOSS 2007
