Requirement

• We are looking for a highly motivated engineer with Endeca experience with .NET exposure to work in a fast paced entrepreneurial software company! The resource will be in our Hyderabad office, instrumental in coordinating the client’s requirements and work closely with the US based teams. The ideal candidates should possess strong initiative, technical, web development, design, and architecture skills, along with good customer support and interfacing skills. Candidate must be willing to visit client sites on need basis.
•  Strong Endeca, .NET, SQL, VB and C# skills. Having Crystal Reports experience is a plus.
•  At least, 1 project experience in Endeca is must.
  A BS degree in computer science or related field required.
•  A minimum of 2 - 4 years of progressively responsible experience for developers on team in developing web applications. Must provide evidence of increased technical responsibility and growth.
•  Proven track record in effectively interacting cross-functionally, with mid managers to communicate technology strategy in relevant business functionality.
•  Possess a strong understanding of relational databases, database architecture & data access tools.
•  Motivated by a fast-paced, team environment.
•  Ability to lead and work seamlessly with internal team as well as client.
  Experience working across international team structures and growing a developing a team, is highly desirable.
•  Excellent communication skills.
•  Ability to work in both a self-directed and a team environment.
