Skills	Experience Band	Requirement (JD)
JAVA / J2EE	2 to 9 yrs	Hands on experience in Core Java / J2EE. Hands on experience in JSP, Servlets, Struts & EJB (not mandatory) Experience on Spring & Hibernate will be an advantage. Knowledge in BFSI Domain is preferred
MS Tech	5 to 9 yrs	Experience in Asp.net, C#, VB.net. Should have good experience on SQL Server / SQL Database preferably in UNIX environment. Willing to work on Production Support 24×7 working environment. (No DBA)
