Requirements/skills
• Broader knowledge in Portal & Content Management technologies (WCM, DCM, Imaging) with a strong knowledge in the tool is a must. Tools like Filenet, Documentum, Oracle UCM / Stellent, Interwoven, IBM WCM along with IBM Websphere Portal, Alfresco, SharePoint, Jhoomla, Episerver etc
• Proven track record in architecting products that can scale to serve millions of users with high performance.
• Effective written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills essential
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Desire to learn new technologies and evaluate them
Job Description
Roles and responsibilities
• Deeper working experience in one or more Portal & Content Management technologies. Experience in architecting/designing end to end ECM or Portal Solution a plus
• Should have experience in estimating ECM or Portal Solutions
• Proven ability to present to and interact with customers, displaying confidence and the expertise
• Identifies and works effectively with key stakeholders on complex cross-functional team or work group projects or problems
• Can articulate points of view on the effect technology will have within a business industry with a clear technical vision
• Makes effective and informed technical decisions in a timely fashion and does not over-analyze problems
• Efficiently and creatively solves even the most complex and difficult problems that affect his/her organization or the entire company
• Strategically analyzes the risks, benefits and opportunities of various solutions
• Evaluate and suggest suitable product stalk to the client
• Should be a thought leader in the PCM domain
• Provides mentoring, as needed, to the other Technical Specialists from a technical perspective
• Suggests/assess the best tool/vendor for given assignment
