Would be a part of Performance Testing team and be responsible for:

Would be a part of Performance Testing team and be responsible for:
Understanding of Infrastructure requirements, design documents
Understanding project performance requirements
Conducting PoCs for tools capabilities/limitations
Creating Performance test plan for the projects
Create automated scripts
Execute automated scripts
Generate execution report
Be a thought leader in performance testing domain
Sound knowledge of any Performance Testing tool, preferably LoadRunner or Performance Center
Sound knowledge on Oracle forms, HTTP(s), RMI applications performance testing
Sound knowledge on Performance test process creation/definition
Deep knowledge on Database monitoring, AWR report analysis and problem identification
Good understanding of network topologies and their impact on the performance
Very good communication and interpersonal skills
Good Team skills
Excellent analytical and documentation skills
Ability to work under pressure and attention to detail.
