Note : Experience in Java Development as well hands on different technologies whichever projects worked on.
Technical Skills:
5 - 6 years experience developing and implementing web-based enterprise applications in a multi-tier commercial environment.
5 - 6 years demonstrated J2EE/Java software development experience in a Linux/Unix environment
Expert understanding of XML/XSLT/XPath
Strong understanding of database schema design and relational-object mapping (Oracle and Mysql at a minimum)
SQL Tuning and Optimization
Experience in test-driven design philosophies and the Agile development process a plus
Enterprise level .NET experience is a plus
Common Soft Skills:
Team work and good interpersonal skills.
Ability to work as individual contributor as well as drive teams to success.
Communication and presentation skills.
Methodical in approach, Result oriented & good in problem solving.
Ability to lead cross functional teams
Take ownership of project metrics (measurement, analysis, improvements).
