DELIVERABLES - working for Support organsitaion, Day to day Support activities, execution of Transports, Implementing Changes, Output management, User calls trouble shooting , SLA meeting

SPECIFIC JOB CHARACTERISTICS - SAP Basis Consultant
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
Daily checks, including creation and follow up of tickets for functional or infra related problems (e.g. job failure, backup failures etc)- Solving incidents, request for information, etc (service desk)- Perform Quarterly failover tests (for ICS / SOX purposes)- Orange / Red Envelope procedure (super user access)- (Rush) Transports
- Support for Infra related changes like security patches, Maintenance level, firmware upgrades, etc. (this includes communication, stop / start , testing, acceptance, etc)
- 24 * 7 support for critical business processes (incl jobs with pager calls, this is mainly BI and APO in several timezone’s)- Database maintenance (extending TS, etc)
- Job scheduling requests that are not project related
- Support tool ugrades (EWA plugin / RTCCTOOL)
