Kernel Tuning, Performance Tuning
Configuring Networking Monitoring tools like Netgios, Netstaint, and knowledge in handing Security Enhancement Linux [SELinux]
Shell Scripting

Hands on experience in Installing, Configuring, Administering and Troubleshooting the RH5 Enterprise Edition Linux Networks, of various sizes ranging from 200-250 nodes

Sound communication skills with management, development teams, vendors and systnt interpersonal skills with a desire for customer suppems administrators should have the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
Should have the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
Plan growth and changes (capacity planning)
Mentor Junior Engineers
Setup and maintain documentation and standards
