Tech Mahindra is looking for CRM (Siebel) Professional with Total IT exp. 4-10 years (depending on the grade) & minimum 3 years of experience in Siebel Configuration and operation.
Skill:
1. Configuration and modification of all approved tariff plans in CRM
2. Configuration of LOVs in CRM.
3. Back end updations of mass tariff plan changes
4. Support to Customer Support team including customer activations, adjustments,
payments support.
5. Testing and implementation of new patches in the CRM system.
