Roles
Will be designated as Performance Test Consultant, you will be responsible for working with the Project Manager to assess the current system, participating in various Performance Test Stakeholders Meetings, development of detailed Performance Test Plans, coordinating the various Performance Testing activities, designing Performance Test Scripts & Scenarios and then executing those tests and monitor various servers and network to assess the performance of the application under test in order to ensure quality solutions delivered to Client. You need to coordinate the efforts of other team members (both business and IT) that contribute to execution of the Application Performance Testing. Finally, you will be responsible for analyzing the results of the testing to provide recommendations on the readiness of the application. In this role, you will work in close co-ordination with the various stakeholders of this project including the Project Manager, Business Analysts, Skills
. Should have 3-5 years experience in Performance Testing , Profiling & Tuning.
. Indepth knowledge and experience in Performance Testing Methodologies and Best Practices
. Ability to provide guidance in building Performance Test Environments.
. Ability to Monitor & tune various web/app/db servers
. Ability to analyze and identify performance bottlenecks and make recommendations
. Responsible for Performance Testing
. Ability to independently deliver the projects
. Strong problem analysis & resolution skills
. Knowledge in Sitescope, diagnostics, BAC etc are desirable
. Knowledge of S/W development processes and methodologies
. Good knowledge in C language
. Familiarity to multiple technologies
. Good client interaction skills
. Strong commitment to meet customer needs
