Experience ranges from 3+ yrs minimum for a Developer to 6+ yrs for an Architect"s position.
* Consultants with at least 1+ years of development experience for
Developers and 3+ yrs for Architect position.
* Knowledge on SAP functionalities: SD, MM, FI, PP,SCM
* Knowledge of Database updates and Performance optimization.
In addition to the above Architects must have
• Should have managed at least 2 projects as a single point of contact (Technically and functionally) between Functional Consultants and developers.
• Should have worked in at least a project, where it was Onshore-Offshore model (Requirements coming from Onsite and Developments being done Offshore).
• Capable of handling and managing a development team across modules.
• Should have worked extensively preparing Technical Design documents based on the inputs from Functional Consultants.
