Job Description:- Understand the client's need and source the right candidate for all their IT & Non IT Requirements
- Sourcing candidates from different Job Portals like Dice, Career Builder, Monster & the internal database using the right skills.
- Screening candidates over the phone and verify if they have all the must haves and the desired skills required for the job
- Negotiate the hourly rates/ salary with the right candidates
- Coordinating with the client and the candidates in scheduling interviews and making offers
Requirements:- Fresher's with exceptional communication Skills

- Good with Boolean Operators
