• Graduate with very good knowledge on D2K forms & reports.
• Very good understanding of SQL, PL/SQL Coding (back end) & with Developer 2000
• For Freshers :
- Non-B.Tech Graduates would also be considered
- It is a paid on the job training, on successful completion of training you will be on our company payroll as a software engineer
- We train Candidates in 3 months-6Months period and successfully absorb them
- We are a Software Company, NOT a Training Institute
- No separate Teaching Faculty, only Full Time Project Managers of the company deliver presentations and share their programming practices
- After 3 months-6 Months of rigorous training i.e. from candidates will be put on Live Projects with Stipend
- Stipend will be provided as per performance

• Designing, coding, development and implementation
• Would work on forms, reports, Triggers, Procedures, Functions, SQL Tuning, SQL Navigator, Toad or SQL Developer
• Able to work independently and delegate work to his /her team according to their ability
• Designs and codes superior technical solutions independently
• Easily recognizes system deficiencies and implements effective solutions
• Consistently delivers high-quality Product to the Testing team
• Communicates and enforces coding standards
