3.5 - 8 yrs of experience
Good R&D, design, coding, debugging & unit testing skills
Extensive hands on experience of Core Java, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, JSP/Servlets, Java Design patterns, Webservices
Should be comfortable with at least one major database â€" Preferably SQL Server 2005.
Good knowledge and practical understanding of IDEs, build tools (Ant/Maven), technology platforms, tools, specifications, etc
Should be able to gather the requirements from Client and propose design solutions
